Refund policy

 

All used items purchased from USED CAMERA CLUB come with a 14-day return period, which begins the day you receive your order. Please contact our customer service department so we can better assist you and issue a return authorization. Sending merchandise without authorization may delay your return. ALL RETURNED ITEMS MUST BE in the same condition that they were received and must include all accessories that were originally shipped to be eligible for a full refund. 

  • Items that were purchased in EXCELLENT must be returned in the same condition that they were received and must include all items (including box and accessories) that they shipped with in order to be eligible for a full refund.If an item is returned that was used or is deemed to no longer be in original condition, a full refund will not be granted. The item may incur a restocking charge to offset the missing items, use, or damage. If an item is not in original condition, incomplete, or past the return period we reserve the right to refuse the return.
    All items purchased at Usedcameraclub.com are subject to 15% restocking fee.
  • All used items over $1500.00 are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
  • USED CAMERA CLUB reserves the right to charge a 5%-15% restocking fee for any item being returned to us for any reason. This restocking fee will not be applied in most instances but may be applied at our discretion in the event of frequent and excessive returns or other activity that does not comply with our business practices.
  • No refunds or exchanges on special order merchandise.
  • DJI products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
  • Merchandise purchased 'As Is' may not be returned for any reason.
  • We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items shipped to us. All packages must be shipped prepaid. USED CAMERA CLUB will not accept packages shipped COD. Please be sure to insure any package that you are sending to USED CAMERA CLUB and keep a list of serial numbers for your records.
