How do I sell or trade in my gear?
Getting started is easy. Simply complete our online trade-in form with details about your gear, and our team will review your submission. You'll receive an initial offer within 1–3 business days.
If you choose to move forward, we'll schedule an appointment for you to bring your gear to our store for a final inspection. Once the evaluation is confirmed, we'll complete the transaction and finalize your sale or trade-in.

How do you determine the value of my gear?
Every piece of gear is professionally inspected by our team of experts. We evaluate its cosmetic condition, functionality, completeness (such as included accessories), and current market demand to determine a fair, accurate, and competitive offer.
Are there any hidden fees when I sell or trade in my gear?
No. There are no hidden fees or surprise charges. If you accept the final offer, you'll receive the full quoted amount.
What if I change my mind?
No problem. If you don´t like the offer you can decide not to proceed with the sell or trade-in.

Can I purchase a warranty for the used gear I buy?
Yes. We offer a variety of warranty options specifically designed for used equipment. Simply choose the plan that best fits your equipment based on its purchase price and the length of coverage you want, then add it to your cart from our Warranties section.
Will I receive the same amount whether I sell or trade in my gear?
Your gear will receive the same appraisal regardless of which option you choose. However, if you decide to trade it in instead of selling it, you'll receive 10% more than the appraised amount toward your new purchase.
