Guidelines for In-Store Order Pickup

Order Pickup Procedure:

1. Pickup Timeframe: Orders placed for in-store pickup must be collected within 2 weeks of the order date.
  
2. Restocking Policy: Merchandise that is not picked up within this timeframe will be restocked.
  
3. Extended Hold Requests: If an order needs to be held for longer than 2 weeks, a special request must be made prior to the pickup deadline.
